This retro 1950’s cowl neck dress with buttons from Elf Queen  is very beautiful, elegant and classy. I wore it to my in law's 50th anniversary celebration at church and received so many compliments.
The material is 54% Cotton, 43% Nylon and 3% Spandex, it's very soft and has a stretch to it but the only thing I did not care for was the fussy thin side zipper, I wish it was a thicker one. My husband had to help zip me up because the material would get caught into it. However, once it is zipped, the dress feels and looks great! I really like the cowl neck design with 3 side black and gold decorative buttons and pleated skirt and how it gives it that Audrey Hepburn vibe.
I ordered a Small and for reference, Im 110 pounds at 5’2 tall with a 34 B Bust and 27 inch waist and the dress fit me perfectly.
To add a modern touch to it, I paired it up with some strappy gladiator heels. This is truly a beautiful black dress!
