A Woman And Her Handbag

Press Sample: Product given by the Company for testing and reviewing purposes.

This multicolored fashionable bag from Avber comes nicely packaged in plastic and it has it's own dust bag for storage.

The bag itself is nice and contemporary enough to wear everyday and it has a stitched pattern design.
This bag is big and it's stiff almost like a box but it's very spacious and it has zippered compartments and interior pockets which makes for enough room to store your phone, keys, or whatever you need to be safely stored and hidden.
Although the bag is hard it's very delicate meaning it can scuff or get dirty easily so it has to be taken care of to prolong it's use.
The zippers are a little weak in design, there was a scrape and discoloration on the top zipper but both zippers zip and close properly hopefully, not all the bags in their stock come like this.

As for the handles, they are sturdy and it comes with a cute ornated tag for decor.

The bag also comes with a strap to carry it on your shoulder but I prefer to hold the bag at the handles and the bottom of the bag has prongs to sit the bag nicely on surfaces.
In this cute bag I was able to fit my big wallet, an exterior pouch with my makeup items and a magazine, so the bag from Avber is quite big.

Here are some pictures of the bag and me using it.

You can get the Avber handbag on Amazon for $39.99

Ooh la la yogurt

Hi guys, I just wanted to share with you this new yogurt I recently tried and loved and had to go back for more.
It's called La Chocolat and it's by La Yogurt. OMW! this is the tastiest low fat yogurt I have ever eaten and will continue to do so because not only does it contain chocolate chips and raspberry at the bottom but it's good for my digestive system because it contains live and active cultures and it's probiotic.

I can eat 2  right after the other so yep I'm addicted. LOL

Yesterday,  I went back to Walmart to stock up but they only had 6 and I put them in my cart then there was this older lady and she asked if they were good I said yes and she said never tried them before.

I told her they were great and she said but you took them all and I said yes but they might have more in stock, I also told her I came from a far to get these, she was like may I have one? I said wait here let me find a stock person to see if they have more.

I felt bad but I didn't want to depart with my La chocolate, just being real. LOL

So I sought out a man to help me and when he checked he had no clue and didn't know where his helper was. I said forget it and I went back to the lady but she was not there. I stocked up on other flavors to try as well like banana with chocolate and strawberry with chocolate.

I was feeling bad about the lady so I found another brand with raspberry hoping it would taste good as well and I pushed my cart down the aisle until I found the lady and I said here you go M'am, God bless you and she said oh thank you God bless you too and I like your beautiful hair. LOL

I felt so good afterwards because I shared and was not selfish. A good lesson learned in yogurt too.

But seriously guys, go check out this yogurt La Chocolat and thank me later LOL

Fun In The Sun In My New Batik Sarong

As we were on the beautiful Island of San Juan, Puerto Rico, I decided to go into a store called Ooh La La to buy some souvenirs.
I saw a display of different color sarongs and headbands but I payed no mind and as I was paying my hubby put a $20 sarong on the cashier desk and I was like is that for me? He said "Yes, I want you to get one".
I was surprised but hey I bought one and Im glad I did.

The Batik Bali sarong is not only beautiful and made in Indonesia but it can be worn in different ways.
It comes with a little recycled paper booklet that shows the steps on how to wear your sarong in different styles.

They can be also worn as a shawl,a baby sling, a skirt, a table cover or a wall hanging.

I chose to wear mine in the halter style and although it was a little confusing to put in place, we finally got it on, meaning my hubby helped. LOL

In reality, it is easy to assemble but I did notice while wearing it the little wooden pendant that holds the sarong, kept poking me in the chest. Ugh, not cool, so I had to sit properly and keep adjusting it.
I can't wait to try the other styles!

You can find the Batik sarong on www.treasureofbali.com and learn more on what the Batik color dyeing process means...

Here are some pictures of the  Batik Sarong and the little booklet and more.

Here I am wearing it halter style on the beautiful Island of Grand Turk.
I felt confident and beautiful and free flowing in mine.
Under the sarong, I wore a brown tank top and black shorts, the shorts were noticeable when it was windy but other than that it looked like I was wearing a regular swim suit underneath.

Press Sample: Product given by the Company for testing and reviewing purposes.

Aloha! when I returned from my cruise, there was no food in the fridge so we planned to do it the next day.
I was so grateful and thankful for my neighbor for picking up my mail and packages while I was away.

As soon I got home my lovely packages were waiting for me including the Hawaii Snack Box.

The hubby and I had a sweet tooth that evening so when I saw the word snack I was like oh Yeah!
The Hawaii Snack Box came just on time:)

Oh, My dream is to visit the island of Hawaii with my mom one day, yes my mom had the dream first so I would love to fulfill it one day.

Anyway, for now the Hawaii Snack Box is the closest thing because all the goodies included in this sub service is all authentic from the island.
Shipping within the United States is Free, and only $5.99 to Canada and $13.99 to the rest of the world. (Hawaii Snack Box excerpt)

I tasted everything and it was all so yummy! you can find the Hawaii Snack Box and how to sub on their website at www.hawaiisnackbox.com

Ready to see the tasty goodies? Well, C'mon!

The Hawaii Snack box is so colorful inside from their products to their postcards.

Each Box has postcards with the Hawaii Snack Box info and what's included in the box and on the reverse side they have a continuous culture card showing you the Hawaiian Language and pronunciation.
I thought this was really cool and it really showed how the Founder wants to educate us about this beautiful island from their language to their foods.

The Hawaii Snack Box recently launched and I was so honored to be a part of it.
The June snack box consisted of 6 items...

1. Hawaii's Local Buzz Natural Sea Salt Macadamia Nuts
I never tried an actual whole macadamia nut before only the ones in cookies so i was very surprised to actually taste the real deal and boy I ended up eating the whole bag and left my hubby only a few. LOL

2. Big Island Bees Macadamia Blossom Honey Sticks
Oh, yes these were yummy and sweet! I still saved some for when I crave them

3. Hawaii's Local Buzz Mango Mac Tropical Shortbread Cookie
I shared half with my my daughter, put it this way we wanted more:)

4. Hawaiian Host Dark Chocolate Mac Nuts
I shared one with my hubby, but in reality I wanted to eat both of them after I ate mine.
They were that good:)

5. The Jade Company Li Hing Cotton Candy
I tasted a bit and it was sweet but I really don't eat cotton candy so I saved it for my daughter and she ate it the next day. She gave it 2 thumbs up!

6. Hawaiian Natural Tea Passion Fruit Orange Tea
This tea smells amazeballs!
I don't drink hot tea but I made iced tea for the first time and I used the two Hawaiian Natural Tea bags that came in the box.
I also included lemons in the tea and lots of sugar and all I can say was it was refreshing and very good.

My first Iced Tea

I give the Hawaii Snack Box  2 huge Thumbs up!

Here's a little info on the founder Katie:)
